Glutathione/Drug Interactions:
  • AcetaminophenAcetaminophen: Acetaminophen alone or in combination with butalbital, caffeine, central nervous system (CNS) depressants, opiates, propoxyphene, or tramadol may decrease glutathione efficacy. Glutathione may be depleted by acetaminophen.
  • CisplatinCisplatin: May prevent or reduce severity of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and neurotoxicity.
  • EthanolEthanol: Combination may decrease glutathione efficacy. Glutathione may be depleted by alcohol.
