Shipping/Delivery Options

Most orders are shipped using standard, ground 3-5 day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.

Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Should you need alternative methods of shipping, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-225-6855 for assistance.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card at the time of purchase. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
